To help foster a sense of community and allow students to fully participate with their classmates, we ask that all students remain seated with their assigned class throughout Mass. Thank you for helping us make our weekly liturgies a meaningful and prayerful experience for everyone.

Below are a few items to get you started for the 2026-2027 School Year.
MORNING DROP OFF & DISMISSAL
Important Do's and Don'ts
- Do be patient. Do be courteous.
- Have students prepared and ready to exit your vehicle in the Green Drop Off Zone as quickly as possible. Be as quick as possible in unloading your child. Staff will be unable to assist students in exiting the vehicles.
- Remember, we are unloading more than 350 students in 20 minutes.
- Do be mindful of our staff as they man certain areas to direct traffic. They are in place to expedite this process promptly, in a safe manner.
- Do understand, that if needed, the procedure is subject to change to accommodate our families. We will update as needed throughout the year via email.
Morning Drop Off
- The Olive Branch Road entrance will be an entrance only between 7:30–7:50 a.m.
- All traffic will exit past the Early Childhood Ministry building onto Golden Field Drive exit.
- Families with ECM students and older K-8th students will have to do TWO different drop-off points. Please drop off K-8th grade students first then go to the ECM circle drive to drop off your ECM infant, toddler or preschool student. DO NOT ENTER OFF OF GOLDEN FIELD DRIVE this is an EXIT ONLY during morning drop off.-see morning drop off map
- IF YOU ARE ONLY DROPPING AT THE ECM Please use the main front entrance off of Olive Branch Road, follow the entrance procedures and use the outer edge of the parking lot to drive around to the ECM, DO NOT CUT THROUGH THE PARKING LOT.-see morning drop off map
- Students can exit cars in the drop off zones- approximately the church sidewalk to the end of the gym and the half circle in from of the ECM. Staff members will assist in directing traffic patterns.
- For the safety of our staff and students, parents are encouraged to drop their students off outside in the car line and not walk their students in the School or ECM buildings. We understand there are specific circumstances that require parents to walk their child into school. In the rare event that you need to walk with your child into the building, please park in the spaces east of the gymnasium for K-8th grade and behind the gymnasium for the ECM. Please be cautious of the morning traffic.
- The cafeteria entrance is a student entrance only from 7:30-7:50 a.m. Parents may enter the building during this time, but need to enter through the main office.
Dismissal Procedures
- Cars turn in from Olive Branch Road and proceed to the parking lot on the EAST side of the building.
- All vehicles must be in park, and drivers are encouraged to have their engines off prior to the dismissal of the students.
- We will begin dismissal starting at 3:10 p.m. for K-8. All students will be out of the building by 3:15 p.m.. Students are to find their vehicle in their grade’s row. Families park according to the youngest child’s grade- kindergarten families parking in the row closest to the gym.
- Once all students are safely loaded, teachers will dismiss cars by row – beginning with the row closest to Calvert Farms which will exit via Olive Branch Road and the row nearest the gym which will exit via Golden Field Drive.
- For the safety and timeliness of the pickup procedure, students will go directly to their vehicle and are to remain in the vehicle.
Please Note: For the safety of everyone, please put your car in park and turn off your engine. To help with the timeliness of the pickup procedure, please keep all siblings in your vehicle.

When classes are proceeding to the carline at 3:00pm, all late cars will be directed to the front of the school building (near the flagpole). Late line students will be walked to the front of the building after cars are dismissed from the parking lot. DO NOT pull through the fire lane. You can also opt out of these messages at any time by simply replying to one of our messages with “Stop”. SchoolMessenger is compliant with the Student Privacy PledgeTM, so you can rest assured that your information is safe and will never be given or sold to anyone.
EARLY CHILDHOOD MINISTRY (ECM) INFANT & TODDLER PROGRAMS
The Early Childhood Ministry infant and toddler programs utilizes Tadpoles to deliver messages on ECM delays and closings. Our ECM Director will set this up on your child’s first visit to the ECM.
UNIFORMS

We believe a uniform code is appropriate for our school environment. Student dress has a direct influence on attitude and behavior. A dress code eliminates competition of student dress and allows emphasis to remain on the learning process.
There are two distinct uniforms in our code: Formal Uniform and Daily Uniform. We collaborate with Tommy Hilfiger and Land's End for school uniforms. Students are required to purchase only certain uniform items from the uniform companies. Those items are indicated with an asterisk in the descriptions below. This ensures a uniform look among our students. Tommy Hilfiger and Land's End makes it convenient for Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi Catholic School students to shop online.
