wellness plan

Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi is committed to fostering a holistic wellness program for students of all ages, from 12 months through 8th grade. The Wellness Plan supports both the School Ministry (grades Preschool-8th grade) and the Early Childhood Ministry (ages 12 months to preschool), focusing on physical, mental, and spiritual health. Through age-appropriate activities, nutrition education, social-emotional learning, and opportunities for faith formation, the plan is designed to help each child grow in a nurturing environment that encourages healthy habits, emotional resilience, and a deep sense of community. This integrated approach to wellness aligns with the school’s mission to provide a well-rounded education that prepares students not only academically but also personally, supporting them to thrive in mind, body, and spirit.

Here you can find both the School Ministry and Early Childhood Ministry Wellness Policies that focus on the children’s health, wellbeing, and ability to learn, by supporting healthy  eating and physical activity.
