At Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi School Ministry, we celebrate a remarkable milestone—20 years of forming young hearts and minds in the light of Christ.
For two decades, students have walked these halls rooted in something greater:
- Rooted in faith.
- Rooted in a community that knows and loves them.
- Rooted in classrooms where they are challenged to discover their God-given gifts.
- And rooted in a tradition built by the families, parishioners, educators, and friends who believed in this mission from the very beginning.
As we honor 20 years of grace-filled growth, we also look forward with hope and purpose.
This year, we are excited to introduce the Tradition & Tomorrow Fund—our new annual giving fund created to strengthen the Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi School Ministry experience today while investing in the students who will walk these halls tomorrow.
Tuition provides the foundation for operating our school. The Tradition & Tomorrow Fund provides the opportunity to build upon that foundation—enriching the student experience in meaningful and lasting ways.
The Tradition & Tomorrow Fund can help support priorities such as:
- Faith formation and Catholic identity.
- Academic excellence and innovative learning.
- Faculty and staff development.
- Fine arts, athletics, and extracurricular opportunities.
- Classroom resources and technology.
- Student experiences beyond the classroom.
- Emerging needs that strengthen our School Ministry.
What was lovingly built over 20 years becomes what we faithfully build for the next generation.
The Tradition & Tomorrow Fund is more than an annual appeal. It is a commitment to ensure that the next 20 years are even stronger than the first.

What Is the Annual Tradition & Tomorrow Fund?
Tuition alone doesn’t fully fund Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi School Ministry. While tuition is approximately $6,700 per student per year, the actual cost of providing a SSFC education exceeds $10,000. That difference is covered by generous gifts to our Annual Tradition & Tomorrow Fund. Unlike capital campaigns, which fund major building projects or long-term initiatives, the Annual Fund supports the school’s day to-day operating expenses each year.
How is my gift used?
Your Annual Fund gift supplements tuition and allows us to cover:
- Faith formation and Catholic identity.
- Academic excellence and innovative learning.
- Faculty and staff development.
- Fine arts, athletics, and extracurricular opportunities.
- Classroom resources and technology.
- Student experiences beyond the classroom.
- Emerging needs that strengthen our School Ministry.
How much should I give?
Giving is a personal decision that reflects both our gratitude and our commitment to the mission of Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi Catholic School. There’s no set amount every family must give—what matters most is that we participate wholeheartedly and prayerfully. We encourage you to give generously from what God has entrusted to you. If He has blessed you with abundance, consider sharing from that abundance to help us continue our mission. Every gift—large or small—reflects gratitude and makes a lasting impact. Our goal would be a donation of at least $1,500 per student per year.
How to Give
Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi School Ministry is committed to providing an exceptional education rooted in Jesus. The actual cost of delivering a SSFC education exceeds what tuition provides. Annual giving ensures we meet our operating budget each year, that we recruit and retain top teaching talent, and that we maintain small class sizes. We rely on annual giving to ensure that we can continue to transform lives each and every day.

MAKE A GIFT FROM YOUR IRA
Every year, you can make a tax-free charitable gift from your IRA or other qualified pre-tax retirement account to our school. This is known as a qualified charitable distribution or QCD. These distributions allow you to meet your annual required minimum distribution or RMD. Please consult with your financial advisor and/or accountant to learn more about making a gift to Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi School Ministry this way.
PLANNED GIVING
There are many ways to thoughtfully plan your philanthropic giving and bless Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi School Ministry at the same time. Planned giving, or legacy giving, is when a donor arranges a gift at a future date through their financial or estate plan. Such gifts are facilitated through a will or trust after the donor's passing and may include cash, real estate, life insurance, retirement plan assets, among others. MEMORIAL GIFTS
A memorial gift is a meaningful way to honor the life and legacy of a loved one while supporting Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi School Ministry. Gifts made in memory of a family member, friend, teacher, or other special person provide a lasting tribute while helping support the continued growth and mission of our school community. Memorial gifts may be made at any time and can be designated to support the School Ministry. Your thoughtful generosity celebrates their memory while making a lasting difference in the lives of our students and families.
DONOR ADVISED FUNDS
These funds are charitable giving vehicles managed by a third party to facilitate charitable donations on behalf of an organization, a family, or an individual. You can receive tax benefits for recommending gifts from that fund to our school. Please consult your financial or legal advisor with any questions.
MATCHING GIFTS
Your gift may be eligible to be multiplied through your employer’s matching gift program. Please check with your employer’s HR department to find out if your gift to Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi School Ministry can be matched!
